📍 Location: Mysore (Work from Office)

💼 Experience & CTC:


1+ Years → ₹3.5 LPA


2+ Years → ₹5.5 LPA


🕒 Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Only

🔹 Role Overview:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service / Order Management Executive to join our operations team in Mysore. The role involves handling order-related queries, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:


Order Management: Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and delivery timelines.


Customer Support: Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.


Order Tracking & Resolution: Investigate and resolve order discrepancies such as missing or damaged items.


Coordination: Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to resolve order-related concerns efficiently.


Problem Solving: Analyze customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.


Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance order management and customer experience.


Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and update order details in the system.


🔹 Experience Levels:


JL2A: 1–2 years in Customer Service / Order Management


JL3A: 2–5 years in Customer Service / Order Management


🔹 Required Skills & Competencies:


Excellent communication and analytical skills


Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory
