Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced professionals for Order to Cash (O2C) – Collections with strong expertise in SAP and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of O2C processes including Collections, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Credit Management. This is a voice-based process requiring shift flexibility and customer handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make collection calls and follow up with customers on overdue invoices.
• Handle dispute resolution and ensure timely payment from clients.
• Process cash applications accurately and within defined deadlines.
• Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate records.
• Support credit management by performing credit checks and risk evaluations.
• Work on SAP or other ERP systems to update transactions and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education

  : B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, BBM (Commerce stream only)

• Experience

  : 2 – 4 Years in O2C with collections (Voice Process)

• ERP Skills

  : SAP required (Oracle a plus)

• Shift

  : Flexible to work in UK/US shifts

• Interview Mode

  : Virtual (one round only)

• Notice Period

  : Immediate to 15 Days
