Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role includes leading financial reporting, providing strategic financial guidance, managing budgeting processes, and supporting long-term growth strategies. The CFO will collaborate with senior management to ensure the organization’s financial health and optimize resource allocation to achieve corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and developing effective financial strategies
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements
• In-depth understanding of Finance and experience in managing cash flow and budgets
• Strong Analytical Skills and decision-making capabilities based on financial data
• Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are mandatory
• Prior experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within manufacturing or related industries
