Process Engineer

Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining 5S and TPM practices to improve workplace organization and equipment reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and quality, will be essential to ensure a seamless production flow. Monitoring process performance, collecting data, and proposing improvements to reduce waste and boost productivity will be integral to your role. You will also conduct testing and validation of process changes to drive continuous enhancement. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering and have 2-4 years of experience in process engineering or a related field. Knowledge of process optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods is essential. Experience with 5S and TPM practices, along with a good understanding of production machinery, automation, and related tools, will be beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must for this position, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
