Role & responsibilities Manage FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Ensure accurate and IND AS-compliant financial reporting, audits, and timely book closures. Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Review and analyze trial balances and general ledger to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for financial entries and adjustments. Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules and addressing queries. Handle direct taxation: compliance, filings, assessments, and coordination with tax advisors. Develop internal controls and drive process improvements across finance functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data flow and reconciliations. Support IPO readiness and coordinate with bankers, auditors, and regulators for due diligence. Preferred candidate profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in trial balance review, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Experience in IPO preparation/listing is a strong advantage Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial analysis tools is a plus. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a mid-to-large size manufacturing company. Continuous learner with an interest in updates to accounting standards and financial regulations.

Role & responsibilities Strategic Responsibilities: Define and govern the corporate CSV strategy across all units/sites for GxP systems, including SAP HANA. Lead enterprise-wide validation projects ensuring alignment with GAMP 5 , 21 CFR Part 11 , EU Annex 11 , and global data integrity expectations. Establish and monitor corporate SOPs, templates, and risk-based approaches for computer system validation. SAP HANA Specific Responsibilities: Lead validation of SAP S/4HANA (MM, QM, PP, and Z-reports, workflows, GRN process) across GxP operations. Prepare and maintain validation documentation including URS, Functional Specs, Test Scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ), RTM, and final reports for SAP HANA modules. Coordinate with IT, SAP consultants, and business users to ensure change management, role-based access control(RBAC), audit trail configuration, and secure workflows. Evaluate SAP-integrated systems (e.g.,LIMS, QMS, DMS) and their GxP compliance status. Cross-System & Governance Responsibilities: Ensure centralized control and compliance of all validated GxP systems across manufacturing, QC, QA, warehouse, and R&D operations. Conduct CSV risk assessments, gap analyses , and ensure mitigation plans are implemented across systems. Support system onboarding, upgrades, and infrastructure changes from a validation standpoint. Lead or support regulatory inspections and customer audits as CSV SME. Develop and lead training programs on computer system validation, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Manage a team or act as a corporate mentor for site-level CSV resources. Role & responsibilities 1.Strategic Procurement: Define and implement sourcing strategies for all packaging materials (blister foil, cartons, labels, bottles, caps, tubes, shippers, etc.). Monitor market trends and assess potential risks/opportunities in raw material prices or supply. 2.Vendor Development & Management: Identify and qualify new suppliers based on quality, capacity, pricing, and compliance criteria. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors. Work closely with QA/QC and Regulatory Affairs to maintain cGMP and audit-ready documentation. 7.Artwork Coordination: Coordinate with the Artwork teams (PDD) for timely approval of packaging components and design changes to provide material on time. 8.ERP and Data Management: Manage procurement operations through SAP Maintain accurate data for purchase orders, vendor performance, material specs, and price trends. 9.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the packing material procurement team. Build cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure collaborative working culture. 10.Training to team for personal growth. 11.Vendor Visit to explore opportunity. 12.Procurement spent reporting to management through presentations.
