Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to design, optimize, and enhance industrial processes within our LPG cylinder manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in troubleshooting process issues, and the ability to drive efficiency, quality, and safety improvements across production lines. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Design & Optimization Design, implement, and improve industrial processes to increase output and reduce waste. Develop strategies to enhance process efficiency and operational performance. 2. Analysis & Troubleshooting Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production-related issues promptly. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation. 3. Quality & Safety Compliance Ensure manufacturing processes meet organizational quality standards. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Implement process control measures and safety protocols. 4. Cost Reduction Evaluate and recommend process changes to reduce production costs. Optimize resource utilization to minimize operational expenses. 5. Documentation Prepare and maintain accurate technical documents, SOPs, and safety procedures. Ensure proper documentation of process modifications and audits. 6. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and management teams. Support project execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. 5 - 10 years of experience in process engineering within LPG Cylinder / Heavy Manufacturing / Industrial Production.
