Position: Chief Financial Officer Qualifications: Qualified CA/Chief Financial Analyst Industry: Gems & Jewelry (Preferred) Location: Andheri -Mumbai Experience: Proven experience 8+ years in a Senior Financial Leadership and Financial Analyst role. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy and Planning: • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall objectives. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth to enhance financial performance. Financial Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement. • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for performance enhancement. IPO Compliance: Lead the company's efforts in IPO compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. Collaborate with legal and external advisors to facilitate the IPO process, including drafting necessary documents and disclosures. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Risk Management: • Assess financial risks and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them effectively. • Monitor market trends, economic developments, and industry dynamics to anticipate potential risks and opportunities. • Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's financial interests. Team Leadership and Development: • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. • Mentor and develop finance professionals, promoting their growth and advancement within the organization. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive organizational success and achieve common goals. Requirements: • Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant only • Extensive knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with a track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence. • Prior experience in IPO compliance and/or exposure to public company financial reporting requirements. • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability, with a focus on problemsolving and decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common objectives. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct Show more Show less
