Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills and a professional appearance to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone, maintain a positive attitude, and effectively promote our products/services. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s products and services. • Understand customer needs and effectively tailor communication to maximize sales opportunities. • Drive sales conversion by following up with leads, handling objections, and closing deals efficiently. • Achieve a minimum sales conversion rate of X% (customizable based on your targets) on qualified leads. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition. Requirements: • Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal communication skills. • A friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with a wide range of clients. • Well-groomed and presentable, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. • Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset, focused on achieving KPIs such as sales volume and conversion rate. • Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred and will be an advantage. Qualifications: • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. • Prior sales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
