Key Responsibilities: Contact and convert leads generated via online inquiries, campaigns, and calls. Counsel students/parents over phone, chat, or in-person to understand their needs. Recommend appropriate courses, programs, or products to meet their academic goals. Drive enrollments and admissions by following up consistently with prospects. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultation and closure. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Provide post-enrollment support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or academic counseling. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and [local language]. Ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions. Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience in EdTech or education sales Familiarity with CRM tools Knowledge of academic trends and competitive exam formats.
