ACADEMIC COUNSELOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and convert leads generated via online inquiries, campaigns, and calls.
• Counsel students/parents over phone, chat, or in-person to understand their needs.
• Recommend appropriate courses, programs, or products to meet their academic goals.
• Drive enrollments and admissions by following up consistently with prospects.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultation and closure.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Provide post-enrollment support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or academic counseling.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and [local language].
• Ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in EdTech or education sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Knowledge of academic trends and competitive exam formats.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
