Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote
products/services.
Handle inbound sales queries and convert leads into sales.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Update CRM with accurate customer and lead information.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good command of English (and regional languages if required).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
