Working Days – 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off) Shift Time – 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products. • Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable solutions. • Explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly and confidently. • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems in real-time. • Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups with professionalism and patience. Requirements: • Graduate with excellent English communication skills. • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales or Insurance Sales is preferred. • Freshers with strong communication and convincing ability are also welcome. • Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling objections. • Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
