Mission: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Chief Business Officer to drive customer acquisition, deal structuring, and revenue generation. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on executing strategic sales initiatives, managing FINTECH partnerships, and delivering cross-sell synergies in the wealth management space. Lead end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle – from lead generation, relationship building, to deal structuring and closure 2. Identify and target high-value customers across MSMEs, corporates, and HNIs 3. Assessment & execution of debt transactions with investors/lenders for corporate clientele 4. Liaising with investors/lenders and preparation of transaction documents 5. Collaborate with internal product teams to drive cross-selling of wealth management solutions and financial products 6. Leverage existing client relationships to enhance wallet share and deliver value-added services 7. Identify, evaluate, and onboard FINTECH and allied partners to strengthen regional reach and service offerings 8. Coordinate closely with technology and product teams to ensure smooth integration and activation of partnerships 9. Drive a high-performance sales culture with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding regional revenue and onboarding targets 10. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare regular reporting, and implement course corrections where necessary 11. Mentor and guide local sales teams and associates to ensure alignment with company goals 12. Develop and execute localized business strategies tailored to regional dynamics 13. Act as the face of the FINTECH brand and ensure a seamless physical-to-digital customer journey 14. Coordinate with the central operations and tech team to resolve service and system issues 15. Generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling FINTECH-enabled wealth solutions Must Have: 1, Progressive experience and proven track record in MSME Lending, Corporate Finance, or Business Banking (NBFCs Preferred) 2. 8+ years of experience in branch banking, financial advisory, or wealth management 3.
