It also serves as a unified lending interface (ULI), facilitating a range of lending solutions such as personal, car, home, LAP, and unsecured business loans, along with loans against mutual funds and shares. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager with a strong network across banks, NBFCs, and lending institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, structuring financing solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and cross-selling of corporate banking products. Experience Level : 3-4 Years Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is mandatory. MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Banking (preferred, but not mandatory if candidate has strong experience & network). Key Responsibilities : Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with corporate clients (SMEs, mid-market, and large enterprises). Leverage existing network of lenders, banks, and NBFCs to structure and arrange financing solutions (working capital, term loans, project finance, trade finance, structured debt, etc.). Originate and execute mandates for debt, equity, and fundraising requirements of clients. Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, referrals, and industry connects. Drive cross-sell of corporate banking products (treasury, cash management, trade services, investment banking tie-ups, etc.).
