Channel Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

New Dealer

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify potential regions and prospects for new dealer/franchise appointments.
  • Sales Outreach:

    Conduct meetings with potential partners to present the business opportunity and product offerings.
  • Follow-up & Conversion:

    Manage follow-ups, resolve partner queries, and convert leads into active dealers/franchisees.
  • Documentation & Onboarding:

    Complete all documentation including certificates, authorization letters, and contracts for new appointments.
  • Sample Coordination:

    Arrange and dispatch product samples to prospective partners.
  • CRM Management:

    Use Zoho CRM to create and maintain records of all dealer interactions and onboarding progress.

Existing Dealer Relationship Management

  • Account Maintenance:

    Keep all client information updated including agreements, performance data, and communication history.
  • Order Coordination:

    Track dealer orders and work closely with the operations/logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Handle delivery, billing, or support issues with a problem-solving approach.
  • Retention & Support:

    Regularly follow up on pending orders, collect feedback, and maintain strong partner satisfaction.

Sales Support & Reporting

  • Performance Tracking:

    Generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports; analyze dealer revenue vs. targets.
  • Proposal & Marketing Support:

    Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Client Engagement:

    Support initiatives such as dealer meets, carpenter engagement programs, and seasonal gifting plans.
  • Plant Coordination:

    Communicate with production/plant teams to resolve order delays or supply issues.
  • End-User Visits:

    Host client visits at the Head Office when required.

Daily Reporting

  • DPM Updates:

    Maintain and share Daily Progress Monitoring (DPM) reports.
  • Manager Communication:

    Keep the reporting manager updated on new developments, challenges, and key achievements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    dealer development

    ,

    channel sales

    , or

    client relationship roles

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
