Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Support Executive who will play a key role in bridging technical knowledge with client interaction. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh civil engineering graduates who are enthusiastic about sustainable construction, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a client-facing role.

You will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs), providing technical assistance, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting clients in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with BDMs on client visits across Delhi NCR to provide technical support
• Engage directly with architects, contractors, and builders to understand project requirements
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations
• Clearly explain product specifications, benefits, and applications
• Prepare technical documents, proposals, and presentation materials
• Assist clients during product selection and post-sale implementation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Stay updated with market trends and new developments in construction technology
• Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience)
• Strong foundational knowledge in civil engineering
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Interest in sales support and sustainable construction solutions
• Proactive, eager to learn, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,567.99 - ₹30,765.00 per month
