Channel Sales Executive

Greetings from Norden communication!  

We Norden communication, a UK-based manufacturer Co at Smart City, Cochin are urgently looking for a Channel Sales Executive for our operations in Tamil Nadu.  We are looking out for committed individuals who have a good attitude & learnability to join our team as Channel Sales Executive.  

Designation       : Channel Sales Executive

Qualification     : Any Graduate  

Experience        : 3-5 years 

Skillsets              : familiar with ELV Systems 

Job Time             : 09.00 AM 06.00 PM IST (Monday Friday)  

Location             : Tamil Nadu region.  

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Achieve sales targets by supporting partners in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and maximizing revenue.
2. Onboard new partners and provide product training, sales tools, and ongoing support.
3. Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support channel success.
4. Track partner performance and report on KPIs such as sales volume, pipeline development, and partner engagement.
5. Assist in developing joint go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns with partners.
6. Conduct regular partner meetings, business reviews, and feedback sessions.
7. Address partner concerns and work to resolve any issues impacting performance or collaboration

Skills & Competencies: 

The candidate should have a strong and well-established network of channel partners and dealers across Tamil Nadu, with a particular focus on key cities such as Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, and surrounding regions.
The candidate should be capable of effectively promoting and selling the Norden range of products, with a primary emphasis on Passive (structured cabling/channel) solutions, and also including CCTV, PA systems, and other upcoming product lines in our portfolio.
