We Norden communication, a UK-based manufacturer Co at Smart City, Cochin are urgently looking for a Product Engineer for our operations in Kochi office. The incumbent must be well experienced in cabling & DC products, ELV solutions

Designation : Product Engineer

Qualification : Btech/ Diploma

Experience : Minimum 2- 5 Years.

Skillsets : Knowledge in cabling design and solutions, Good networking & installation knowledge, Good communication & observation skills and willingness to learn, Analytical and critical thinking skills, Ability to work in a team.

Job Time : 09.00 AM 06.00 PM IST (Monday Friday)

Location : Smart city, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Testing & Quality Verification: Conduct detailed product testing for copper and fibre optic cables, connectors, and accessories.
2. Technical Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and update technical datasheets, product drawings, and specifications

3. Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to obtain product samples, review specifications, and monitor production timelines.

4. Competitor Product Research: Prepare comparative analysis reports highlighting technical differences, advantages, and gaps.

5. Technical Support to Sales & Marketing: Assist sales teams in preparing proposals and presentations with technical inputs

6. Product Development & Design Improvement: Suggest design improvements based on field feedback, performance data, and market trends.

7. Product Performance Monitoring: Maintain detailed records of product performance, customer complaints, and resolution history
