We combine cutting-edge AI research with deep industry expertise to deliver innovative solutions that are both powerful and practical. Our focus is on automating security tasks, providing actionable insights, and empowering organizations to take control of their security posture. Driven by Ayurak AI, we are committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity, including forward-thinking initiatives like our Security Performance Vision 2026, which envisions a future of data-driven, adaptive, and collaborative cybersecurity. We are building a trusted and influential platform for cybersecurity leaders to collaborate, share insights, and drive transformative change in how organizations achieve comprehensive and measurable security. About the Role: The Business Process Consultant will play a critical role in evaluating, designing, and optimizing business workflows across Aristiun's internal operations and potentially client-facing service delivery processes. This individual will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, map current-state processes, and develop future-state solutions. The goal is to drive operational efficiency, support our AI-driven product lifecycle, reduce costs, and enhance stakeholder and client experiences, ensuring our operations scale effectively with our growth and innovation. Responsibilities: Assess, document, and analyze end-to-end business processes across various departments (e.g., Research & Development, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations, Finance, HR, IT). Facilitate process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, particularly in how AI solutions are developed, deployed, supported, and sold. Design robust, scalable, and efficient future-state process maps, workflow automations, and standardized operating procedures, aligning with Aristiun’s commitment to AI-driven innovation and operational excellence. Lead or support the implementation of business process changes, including developing change management plans, communication strategies, and employee training materials. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track process performance, measure the impact of improvements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement reflecting Aristiun's data-driven approach. Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, IT, and other technical teams on automation initiatives, system enhancements, and the integration of technologies to support our AI platforms and cybersecurity solutions. Provide expert guidance on process governance, establishing clear ownership, controls, and standardization methodologies across the organization. Conduct benchmarking and industry research to identify best practices and ensure Aristiun remains at the forefront of operational excellence within the AI and cybersecurity sectors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. 5+ years of professional experience in business process consulting, business analysis, operational excellence, or a similar role focused on process improvement and optimization. Proven experience with HALOITSM (also referred to as Halo ITSM) is essential. Strong knowledge of process modeling methodologies and notations (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, Lean principles). Experience with workflow design tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and familiarity with process automation technologies (e.g., Power Automate, RPA tools, or similar). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is strongly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change without direct authority in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Preferred Experience: Experience working with supply chain operations or within automotive companies is a plus. Proven success in optimizing processes such as manufacturing operations, logistics and distribution, inventory management, procurement, supplier management, or sales and service operations within supply chain or automotive contexts. Familiarity with enterprise systems common in supply chain or automotive industries (e.g., ERP systems like SAP; Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems; Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools; CRM systems; Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)) and associated back-office workflows.
