Business Process Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Consultant to analyze, design, and implement effective business processes that drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with expertise in process improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design, document, and implement optimized processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and meetings to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Develop performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure process effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Support change management efforts and train employees on new processes.
• Recommend and implement digital tools/automation solutions to streamline workflows.
• Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (0–7 years) in business process consulting, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen, etc.).
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and digital transformation tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
