As we scale our business into multiple domains — including retail, commercial projects, and B2B partnerships — we are seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Head to drive growth, manage key client relationships, and lead the business toward nationwide expansion.

Role Overview

The Business Head will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding our client base, and managing cross-functional teams across multiple domains — including Project Sales, Retail Sales, Vendor Relations, and Operations. This role combines strategic business development, client acquisition, operations oversight, and financial management.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with deep commercial acumen, capable of scaling business operations while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Business Leadership

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to expand GLASSENTIALS across key segments — Architectural Projects, Interiors, Retail, and Online.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, product lines, and partnerships.
  • Build a high-performing sales and operations team focused on growth and client satisfaction.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics for all business units and ensure accountability.

2. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Acquire and manage high-value clients including architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, corporates, and institutions.
  • Develop strong relationships through consultative selling and technical understanding of glass products and applications.
  • Lead tendering, negotiations, and closure of large-scale architectural glass projects.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation through networking, industry events, and partnerships.

3. Multi-Domain Operations Oversight

  • Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, project divisions, and vendor management.
  • Align logistics, fabrication, and supply chain to meet delivery and installation timelines.
  • Ensure efficient coordination between sales, production, design, and installation teams.
  • Implement CRM and digital tools to track client interactions and project progress.

4. Brand & Market Growth

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen GLASSENTIALS’ brand presence in both online and offline markets.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Drive thought leadership in the architectural glass domain through collaborations and digital presence.

5. Financial & Performance Management

  • Own the P&L across all business verticals.
  • Develop pricing strategies and margin structures for different market segments.
  • Present regular financial and business performance reports to management.
  • Implement cost-control measures and ensure financial efficiency across projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in business leadership or sales head role (preferably in construction materials, interiors, or architectural products).
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of architectural glass, hardware, or allied interior materials preferred.
  • Ability to manage multi-domain teams and drive operational excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and digital communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 8–15 years of experience in B2B/B2C business leadership.
  • Strong understanding of project management, sales operations, and vendor ecosystems.

Pay: ₹15,691.77 - ₹30,000.00 per month
