Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our distribution network across India.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors to achieve business targets.
  • Drive sales growth and market penetration in existing and new territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business discussions.
  • Travel across India and internationally as required.
  • Manage Junior Telecalling team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or distribution management, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or liquor industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Smart, confident, and result-oriented with the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally.
