Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the

  business roadmap

  from pilot to national rollout.
• Build and lead

  multi-city teams

  across operations, sales, and partnerships.
• Drive

  B2B partnerships

  with FMCG brands, corporates, and institutional clients.
• Oversee

  P&L, pricing, and commercial strategy

  to ensure profitability and scalability.
• Implement robust processes for

  supply chain, uptime, and performance analytics.

• Represent the business with

  investors and strategic partners.

Ideal Profile

• 12–22 years of leadership experience in

  FMCG, retail, vending, or consumer-tech operations.

• Proven track record of

  scaling multi-location businesses

  or leading BU-level P&L.
• Exposure to

  automation, IoT retail, or tech-enabled distribution models

  preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and execution focus.
