Role Summary

NON IT

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify suitable candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Understand client job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
Conduct telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate fit
Schedule interviews and maintain timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of candidate data and sourcing activity
Provide regular reports and updates to the internal team

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers with:
Internship experience in HR/Recruitment,
or
MBA in Human Resources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
Good general awareness and ability to understand varied job profiles quickly
Comfortable working with online portals, basic MS Excel/Google Sheets

Work Requirements

Full-time availability:

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
BYOD:
Own laptop and stable internet connection required
Quiet and professional home working setup
