About the Role

Business Development Specialist

writing highly personalised email sequences, managing deliverability, and generating qualified sales conversations.

Cold Email Outreach

• Run end-to-end cold email campaigns.
• Write personalised email sequences that get replies.
• Manage inbox warm-up and maintain good deliverability.
• Test different subject lines, copies, and sending times.

Prospecting & Lead Sourcing

• Identify the right target audience (ICP).
• Build prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, etc.
• Validate emails and keep data clean.

Pipeline & CRM

• Track all outreach in HubSpot/Pipedrive/GoHighLevel.
• Maintain a steady flow of replies and meetings.
• Share qualified leads with the sales team.

Performance & Improvement

• Review campaign results regularly.
• Improve targeting, messaging, and data sources based on results.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience specifically in cold email outreach / outbound lead generation
• Demonstrated ability to write cold emails that get replies and book meetings.
• Strong understanding of:
• Email deliverability & warm-up tools
• DNS/SPF/DKIM/DMARC
• Multi-inbox & domain rotation strategies
• Personalisation frameworks
• Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator
• HubSpot, Pipedrive
• Analytical and metric-driven mindset.
• Excellent written English and research skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience combining email + LinkedIn automation.
• Knowledge of scraping and data enrichment workflows.
• Prior experience booking meetings for agencies, SaaS, or B2B service companies.
