Experience with no-code tools: Builder.io, Framer, etc. AI literacy: Understand how AI works, and be able to use platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, etc. Web-building tools experience: WIX, Webflow, Squarespace. UI/UX & graphic design skills: Solid understanding of both practices. Design theory knowledge: Principles, philosophies, platform guidelines. Good organization: Proper etiquette & cataloging of pages, frames, and content in Figma. Self-driven learning: Should have a track record of learning new skills independently. Creative interests: Should have hobbies beyond screen time. Key Responsibilities: Research client briefs and align with contemporary design practices. Respect timelines and meet deadlines. Deliver unbiased and objective desigCollaborate on international & local projects related to UI/UX. Work on UI/UX design for mobile apps, websites, web platforms, SaaS, AR/VR, and wearables. Translate design briefs into UX strategies. Contribute to brainstorming sessions. Preferred Candidate Traits: Candidates with the following will be prioritized: Strong English writing & speaking skills. An updated and active personal portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, etc.). Internship experience in graphic/UI/UX design. Has read design classics (e.g., Design of Everyday Things). Awareness of current affairs and solid general aptitude.
