Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to support our global expansion efforts. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing client relationships, exploring new markets, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Coordination Follow up with existing and potential clients on emails, calls, and meetings. Share quotations, proformas, and product information promptly. Support in negotiations, and track payments as per commercial terms. Maintain client databases and CRM entries( wherever relevant) Market Research & Analysis Identify new market opportunities and assist in entry strategy development. Conduct comparative market analysis, competitor tracking, and pricing research. Prepare reports and insights on sales performance and business trends. Task & Activity Management Track and document daily business development activities, meetings, and follow-ups. Assign and monitor follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure deadlines and action points from meetings are executed efficiently. Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update trackers in Excel/Google Sheets for leads, meetings, and opportunities. Create dashboards, performance summaries, and business insights for leadership. Support proposal and presentation preparation. Communication and Coordination Draft professional emails, reports, and meeting summaries. Coordinate across teams for product availability, order execution, and client deliverables. Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years in business development, client coordination, or sales support roles. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis) and Google Sheets. Highly organized and proactive in follow-ups. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
