Job Description

Maintain a database of enquiries (CRM / Excel). Client Handling Call new leads & explain photo studio services (wedding, maternity, baby shoots, etc.). Arrange studio visits & showcase albums, videos, and packages. Build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Sales & Conversions Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Share quotations & negotiate as per client’s budget. Upsell premium services (albums, reels, cinematic videos, drone shots, etc.). Relationship Building Maintain long-term relationships with past clients (birthdays, anniversaries follow-up). Handle VIP & referral clients politely. Ask happy clients for reviews & referrals. Market Research Study competitor studios & their pricing. Suggest new packages, trends, and creative ideas to management. Track seasonal demand (wedding season, festivals, maternity trends). Reporting Prepare weekly sales & enquiry reports. Update lead status (Hot, Warm, Cold). Report conversion ratio to management. Team Coordination Coordinate with photographers, editors & studio manager for booking schedules. Ensure proper communication of client requirements to the operations team. Lead Generation Collect leads from Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and wedding portals. Visit wedding planners, decorators, banquet halls, event managers for tie-ups.
