🔹 Client Acquisition & Lead Conversion Identify and reach out to potential clients (landowners, homeowners, NRIs) looking to build residential properties. Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and personalized presentations. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand requirements and propose solutions. Prepare and present commercial proposals, handle negotiations, and close construction contracts. Maintain detailed lead tracking, pipeline updates, and conversion reports. 🔹 Business Development Build a strong network of partners, including architects, real estate agents, and property consultants for lead generation. Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and client reach. Work closely with the marketing team to improve the quality and volume of leads. Participate in property expos, client events, and community outreach to promote the brand. 🔹 Customer Relationship Management Ensure a seamless client experience from first interaction to project onboarding. Build and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals. Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
