Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube Design and execute paid and organic campaigns Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content with the help of internal/external creatives Lead Generation & Funnel Building Run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Set up and optimize lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion funnels Track and optimize ROI using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) SEO & Content Strategy Manage on-page and off-page SEO for company website and blogs Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Plan and publish case studies, client success stories, and technical blogs Email & CRM Marketing Set up email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Build and manage a CRM list and drip campaigns to nurture leads Brand Creation Maintain online profiles and execute strategies to grow and position the company brand. Collaborate with HR for employer branding on LinkedIn and career platforms

Approach potential clients from US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe for web, app, and digital marketing projects. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success. Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and online outreach to generate new business opportunities. Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals. Work closely with the technical team to align client expectations and project delivery. Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
