Job Summary:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the

    US, UK, and Canada

    through targeted outbound efforts, inbound follow-up, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct high-impact

    product/service demos

    to prospects, effectively communicating value propositions and tailoring presentations to client needs.
  • Manage the entire

    sales lifecycle

    from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless handoff to customer success or account management teams.
  • Lead

    contract negotiations

    and

    final closures.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho , Zendesk, Apollo, Zoominfo etc ).
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-gen strategies and ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years

    of experience in

    B2B sales

    and

    business development

    , primarily in the

    US, UK, or Canada

    regions.
  • Strong track record of

    lead generation

    negotiation

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of international sales processes, cultural nuances, and customer behavior in North American and UK markets.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership, drive, and resilience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the
