Location: Kozhikode, Kerala | Corekraft Pvt. Ltd.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR recruiting/business development and proven skills in B2B sales, along with strong client management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and attend client meetings strictly by prior appointment, ensuring professionalism and timely communication.

Visit premium and corporate clients to promote Corekraft’s corporate gifting solutions and generate consistent B2B orders.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through new and repeat client orders.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored gifting recommendations.

Identify new business opportunities through market visits, referrals, and networking.

Represent Corekraft at business events, exhibitions, and forums to expand market reach.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) to ensure smooth and timely order execution.

Submit daily client visit reports and weekly sales performance updates to the reporting manager.

Maintain accurate client records, billing details, and follow-ups in the company database.

Uphold office timing, professional conduct, and confidentiality of company and client information.

Deliver excellent client service and post-sale support to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements (Priority):

Experience in HR recruiting field as a Business Development Manager.

Proven experience in B2B sales (corporate sales/enterprise sales preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
