Job Description: Quality Checking Executive Position: Quality Checking Executive Department: Production / Operations Location: CoreKraft Pvt Ltd Reporting To: Production Head / Operations Manager Role Overview The Quality Checking Executive is responsible for ensuring that all products leaving the production unit meet CoreKraft’s quality standards. This role focuses on inspecting items, identifying defects, ensuring proper branding/logo accuracy, and maintaining records before goods are packed and dispatched. Key Responsibilities Inspect all finished products (mugs, pens, bottles, gift sets, boxes, etc.) for quality, damage, and finishing issues. Verify branding accuracy — logo placement, colour match, engraving/sublimation accuracy. Check product quantity against the order sheet and ensure items match the client requirement. Record all QC results in the QC Register / Google Sheet. Flag defects immediately to Production Head and ensure rework is completed. Check packing materials and ensure proper packaging quality. Ensure items are cleaned, polished, and presentable before packing. Cross-check gift hampers/combo boxes to ensure all items are included as per order. Work closely with Production, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure quality consistency. Assist in maintaining hygiene and orderliness of the QC and packing area. Follow company SOPs and quality standards strictly. Report repeated quality issues to Operations Manager with photos and details. Ensure products are dispatched only after QC approval. Maintain stock count for defective items and reworked items. Support production during peak seasons (Onam/Deepavali/New Year, etc.) by speeding up QC without compromising standards.
