Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end student enrollment process for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential students through calls, webinars, email campaigns, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with school principals, career counselors, and academic consultants to establish partnerships and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for program expansion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems ensuring data quality and lead tracking.
  • Generate regular reports on lead performance, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts for leadership review.
  • Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of student services.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies, compliance standards, and SLAs with internal and external stakeholders.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in B2C/B2B education sales or academic partnerships
  • Proficient in CRM tools, and MS Office
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of UG/PG program structures and admissions processes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Education, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in academic sales, business development, or admissions
  • Experience working with educational institutions, ed-tech companies, or universities is highly desirable
