Raza Group is seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager to handle plywood, veneer, and wood operations. The role involves managing sales, raw material procurement, market expansion, and coordination between factory and field operations. The ideal candidate will have strong industry networks and hands-on experience in the plywood and wood sector.
Peeling / Veneer Sales
• Handle B2B sales of veneer and peeling sheets
• Deal directly with plywood manufacturers, traders, and bulk buyers
• Manage order booking, pricing negotiations, and payment follow-ups
Wood Raw Material Purchase (Peeling Logs)
• Source poplar, eucalyptus, and other peeling wood
• Procure material from farmers, contractors, and mandi agents
• Handle rate negotiations, quality grading, and inward planning
Plywood Sales & Marketing
• Appoint and manage dealers and distributors
• Develop retail and project sales
• Execute market expansion strategies, schemes, and brand activities
Coordination & Control
• Coordinate between factory and field teams
• Support production planning and dispatch coordination
• Collect market feedback and report insights to management
• 7–15 years of experience in the plywood, veneer, or wood industry
• Strong sales and procurement network
• Field-driven and result-oriented professional
• Willingness to travel and handle on-ground execution
