Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kolkata. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, creating strategies to expand market presence, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves market research, analyzing trends, and ensuring targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
• Strategic thinking and ability to formulate and implement growth strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Trend Analysis
• Strong organizational and time-management aptitude
• Previous experience in the education sector is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Commitment to working on-site in Kolkata
