We are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated female Relationship Executive to join our team. --- ### *Job Description*: - *Job Type*: Full-time - *Office Timings*: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM - *Location*: Janakpuri West, Delhi *Roles and Responsibilities*: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with our assigned franchisee partners through daily calls and emails. - Make a minimum of 25-30 calls per day to connect with the assigned franchisee partners. - Understand the needs of the franchisee partners and collaborate with the internal team to provide the necessary support. - Communicate with franchisee partners and remind them about royalty payment dues. - Ensure that all franchisee partners are aware of their royalty payments and encourage them to complete the payment to the head office. - Helping clients navigate their service related concerns and offering bespoke solutions. --- ### *Required Qualifications*: - *Education*: Graduate (Any Discipline) - *Skills*: - Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Ability to manage calls and emails efficiently --- ### *Essential Skills*: - Proactive approach to problem-solving - Adaptability - Excellent Communication Skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. --- ### *Compensation & Benefits*: - Competitive salary (based on experience) - Opportunity to work with a well-established brand in the education sector - Professional growth and development opportunities --- In essence, a FRE acts as a bridge between an organisation and centres, ensuring that information is communicated effectively and that a positive image is maintained.
