Job Description

Position Overview:
Junior Delhi School is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Sales Manager to spearhead our franchise expansion efforts across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing franchise partnerships, ensuring alignment with our vision of providing quality early education across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Acquisition:
  • Identify potential markets and target audiences for franchise opportunities.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential franchisees through leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of partnering with Junior Delhi School.
  • Franchise Development:
  • Evaluate franchise applications and conduct background checks to ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.
  • Support franchisees in understanding business models, operations, and profitability expectations.
  • Negotiate franchise agreements and close deals with prospective partners.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities for franchise expansion in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and beyond.
  • Create and implement strategies to penetrate new territories.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure mutual success.
  • Provide ongoing support, including training and mentoring, to franchisees for operational excellence.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management on franchise sales progress.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional materials to attract potential franchisees.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless franchise onboarding and support.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-4 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or related roles (preferably in the education sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to Hyderabad, Bangalore, and other target locations.
  • Passionate about education and early childhood development.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
