Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Franchise Manager to lead and grow our franchise operations within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the franchise business model. This role is crucial to driving business expansion, building strong franchisee relationships, and ensuring operational success across our franchise network.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified franchise partners to expand the brand’s footprint.
  • Drive franchise sales in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and training) to ensure successful franchise launches and continued performance.
  • Lead and manage a team to support franchise operations and development.
  • Set and achieve sales and performance targets in line with business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on franchise performance to senior management.
  • Conduct periodic audits and performance evaluations of franchise outlets.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the franchise business model, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in launching and scaling multi-unit franchise operations.
  • Existing network in the hospitality or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) space.
