Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network. Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees. Team Management: Lead and mentor the franchise development team. Set performance targets and monitor team progress. Provide training and support to enhance team effectiveness. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies. Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Business Strategy: Develop business plans and growth strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
