As part of its aggressive expansion strategy, Honeyman is developing an all-India franchise network covering retail stores, cafs, and product distribution outlets. With health, wellness, and sustainability at its core, Honeyman aims to establish 500+ franchise touchpoints over the next 3 years through a strong, zonal leadership-driven franchise model.

Role Overview

The Zonal Head Franchise

FMCG, retail, or food & beverage franchise management

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Development & Expansion

Drive end-to-end franchise acquisition strategy in the assigned zone.

Identify potential markets, conduct feasibility studies, and finalize new franchise locations.

Lead franchise presentations, negotiations, and agreement closures.

Ensure adherence to brand standards and business model consistency during onboarding.

2. Zonal Business Leadership

Develop zonal expansion plans aligned with company-wide growth objectives.

Achieve quarterly and annual franchise acquisition targets.

Oversee revenue generation, profitability, and operational efficiency within the zone.

Implement territory performance reviews and action plans for underperforming units.

3. Franchise Partner Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

Monitor franchise operations, marketing initiatives, and compliance with SOPs.

Provide business analytics support to partners to improve ROI and sales metrics.

Act as primary escalation point for franchise concerns within the region.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Marketing for zonal promotional campaigns and digital lead support.

Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement for seamless inventory flow and vendor alignment.

Liaise with Finance for franchise billing, revenue tracking, and collections.

Support HR in training programs for franchise staff.

5. Reporting & Governance

Maintain detailed MIS reports on zonal performance and business pipeline.

Ensure compliance with company policies, franchise agreements, and statutory norms.

Submit periodic reports to management on growth KPIs, opportunities, and challenges.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Franchise Network Growth: Minimum 2530 new franchises annually in assigned zone.

Franchise Retention Rate: 90%+ year-on-year retention.

Zone Revenue Target: ?20+ Crores annual gross franchise turnover.

Partner Satisfaction Score: 85%+ satisfaction across franchise network.

Operational Compliance: 100% adherence to franchise SOPs and brand guidelines.
