We are seeking a technically sound and experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate shall possess strong analytical skills, have a keen attention to detail, and a passion for financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: - This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our international clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. - Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures. Requirements: 1. Immediate joining/notice period less than or equal to 1 month. 2. UG/PG qualification (preferably humanities). 3. Are willing to work in Gurugram. 4. Have relevant skills and interests. 5. Basic Excel, English proficiency, communication, and being detail-oriented.
