Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Faridabad. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing support via phone, email, or in person, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to improve services and building strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting in a timely manner Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and suggest process improvements Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities Familiarity with the textile industry is beneficial Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus
