Role Description

Raza Group is seeking a highly experienced Import & Export Professional specializing in the meat export–import industry. The ideal candidate must bring a well-established team, including labor staff, market experts, and specialists in the meat export segment. This role requires complete independent management of operations with a strong focus on profit-building and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete import and export operations in the meat industry independently.

• Lead a well-established team of labor staff, market staff, and meat export/import experts.

• Ensure the team includes a professional to manage accounts and sales for all meat-related transactions.

• Oversee procurement, processing, compliance, logistics, and international coordination.

• Maintain all regulatory, hygiene, and export documentation standards.

• Drive profit generation through efficient management and strategic decision-making.

• Build and strengthen connections with agencies, vendors, and market leaders.

• Provide timely, profit-focused updates and operational reports to management.

• Explore new markets and partnerships to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of strong experience in meat import and export operations.

• 5 years considered only with proven strong results and successful background verification.

• Must have an existing team: labor workforce, market experts, industry specialists, and an accounts/sales person.

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end export–import operations independently.

• Strong network and connections with agencies, authorities, and market leaders.

• Demonstrated record of profit-focused performance and operational excellence.

• Strong leadership, discipline, and reliability in high-demand environments.
