Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end student enrollment process for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential students through calls, webinars, email campaigns, and workshops. Collaborate with school principals, career counselors, and academic consultants to establish partnerships and generate qualified leads. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for program expansion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems ensuring data quality and lead tracking. Generate regular reports on lead performance, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts for leadership review. Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of student services. Ensure adherence to institutional policies, compliance standards, and SLAs with internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in B2C/B2B education sales or academic partnerships Proficient in CRM tools, and MS Office Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of UG/PG program structures and admissions processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Education, or a related field 5+ years of experience in academic sales, business development, or admissions Experience working with educational institutions, ed-tech companies, or universities is highly desirable What We Offer: A growth-focused and collaborative work environment Competitive salary Opportunities to work on strategic academic initiatives and partnerships Professional development and career advancement
