We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our network, and strengthen our brand presence in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

o Business Opportunity Generation:

o Identify and develop new business opportunities for the institute across various academic programs.

o Build strong relationships with potential stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and corporate partners.

o Branding & Promotion:

o Visit schools, colleges, and educational fairs for branding and promotional activities.

o Organize presentations, seminars, and career guidance sessions to promote institute programs.

o Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional strategies.

o Lead Generation & Admissions:

o Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads for admissions.

o Engage with students, parents, and academic counselors to convert leads into enrollments.

o Support the admission team in achieving monthly and annual targets.

o Networking & Relationship Building:

o Establish and nurture relationships with principals, educational consultants, and industry professionals.

o Represent the institute at external events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance visibility.

o Market Research & Strategy:

o Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and student needs.

o Provide insights for new program development and business expansion plans.

o Collaboration & Reporting:

o Work closely with the management to align business strategies with organizational goals.

o Prepare and present business development reports, including progress, challenges, and future action plans.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (fluency mandatory).

• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

• Well Groomed and Professional Attitude and Behavior.

• Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing, preferably in the education sector.

• Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
