Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Kairos Institute, you will be responsible for driving student admissions, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing revenue growth. Your role will involve developing marketing strategies, networking with educational institutions, executing promotional campaigns, and handling high-value product sales for various programs offered by the institute. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct marketing campaigns across Kerala and other regions to promote courses and boost admissions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions for lead generation and collaborative activities. - Collect and analyze student data, competitor activities, and market trends to devise effective admissions campaigns. - Pitch and convert leads for premium programs confidently and with persuasive communication. - Identify potential leads through seminars, education fairs, social media platforms, and follow up to achieve admission targets. - Organize and represent the institute at education fairs, career counseling sessions, and promotional events. - Collaborate with the marketing team for social media campaigns, content creation, and online promotions. - Maintain regular reports on admissions, leads, and campaign performance for management review. - Willingness to travel within and outside Kerala for marketing and networking purposes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). - 1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector. - Proven experience in high-value sales and B2C marketing will be an added advantage.
