Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in New Delhi. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Specialist will deliver training to clients and team members and contribute to achieving sales targets while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven expertise in Sales and nurturing leads to successful closures
• Experience in Sales Management and contributing to team success
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients or team members
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
