Business Development Manager (IT Services)


Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the defined territory and target markets.
  • Drive the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closure.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and other key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions and services.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and project execution.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Engineering, Business, Marketing

    , or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience

    in Business Development / Sales of IT Solutions and Services to enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in

    solution-selling techniques

    and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong industry network with existing relationships at the C-level is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a

    fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment
