Business Development Manager (IT Services) We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate new business, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to execute business development strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the defined territory and target markets. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closure. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and other key performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions and services. Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and project execution. Maintain and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in the CRM system. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing , or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales of IT Solutions and Services to enterprise clients. Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong experience in solution-selling techniques and account management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong industry network with existing relationships at the C-level is highly desirable. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment . High level of self-motivation, integrity, initiative, and adaptability.
