Business Development Manager (IT Services) We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing , or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales of IT Solutions and Services to enterprise clients. Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong experience in solution-selling techniques and account management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong industry network with existing relationships at the C-level is highly desirable. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment . High level of self-motivation, integrity, initiative, and adaptability. As a highly skilled Google & Meta Ads Specialist, your role will involve managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Your main responsibilities will include: - Planning, creating, and executing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. - Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance. - Managing end-to-end campaign execution including setup, A/B testing, tracking, and reporting. - Optimizing campaigns for higher ROI, lower CPA, and improved CTR. - Monitoring daily performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly. - Collaborating with creative & content teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages. - Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes. - Generating performance reports with insights and recommendations for management.
